Hey everyone,

I play in a women's rollerhockey league and Sunday was our championship game.
. .
We were down 4-2 most of the game (i scored one of those 2 goals) but then we
tied it up and went to OT. I scored the winning goal in OT with 13 seconds
left! If no one scored, we would have had a shoot out.

League champs baby! Yea!!

Hi Folks, I'm searching for an ice hockey team/league in the (South)Bay
Area. I'd like to play with women who are committed and friendly,
hopefully with weekly practices. My level is about upper 'A' or lower
'AA.' Any leads would be gratefully received. Thanks! Sarah

I don't live in the Bay Area, but for a while, I thought my job was going to
take me there. So I thoroughly checked out the ice hockey situation. Turns
out, there seems to be quite a bit of hockey.

Here is a pretty good website with a bunch of links to hockey in the Bay Area
(not just women's hockey.)

http://www.plaidworks.com/bay-area-hockey/

plaidworks also has an email list for bay-area-hockey. you may want to
subscribe to that list as well.

Hope this helps.

I don't remember hearing anything about this Donna Reaburn, the coach who
was said to be "a former goalie for the national women's hockey team",
either. Double Hmmm.
