I have been trying to contact Kelly Dyer through her email address on the
Louisville web site but it keeps coming back to me as "user unknown".
Has anyone else been successful in reaching Kelly? If so, can you send
me a possible address change if there is one?

Thanks,

Thanks, Rhonda.
Ours just came in the mail today. Impressive cover. Katia looks like one
tough Siberian cookie. Overall, looks like a great issue. If anyone has
any questions for the Q&A column, please send them privately to this email
address, to the attention of Debbie Minden. This issue's set of questions
all came from Canadian teen players. Would appreciate any feedback and
suggestions on the column as well. Thanks.

It might be easier if you tried calling her. If she's not in, she does check
her voice mail regularly (in Louisville). Do you have her number?

Take the 401 highway once you're in Ontario, and go eastbound. Go north on
highway 8 (it will eventually split off into highway 7 & 8 east-go that way).
Take the Ottawa St. exit, and go west. The Aud is on the north side of the
street. Hope this helps. See ya there!

Don't forget to check the web page for the World Championship. They have
maps on their page at

        http://granite.sentex.net/wwihc/trav1.html

Hope this helps...you can print these maps from their page and take them along.

They won't answer any of their web site addresses and they are not very
helpful on the phone either.

In preparation for the TSN coverage of the Canada-Russia on Tuesday, I am
wondering if any out there has seen the Russian team at Lake Placid. Does anyone
have a team list for the Russian? I have found the account of the first game on
the USA Today women's hockey page. Does anyone have any further insight into
the Russian team at this point in time? The talk at TSN from some of the guys
there was that the Russian tanked the first two games going into the tournament.
Since TSN will also be doing the Gold Medal game and the odds favour TUSAW to
face TCW if you have any points of interest you would like to share or at least
provide please feel free to forward the info to Margot at this email address.
Margot will be doing the colour commentating for both of the games. Thanks in
advance for any imput.

About roller hockey...

I haven't played roller hockey myself however, I've played with and coached
many people who have and I have this warning:

Don't get into the habbit of using circles to stop. Many of the people who
play roller hockey use this manuever on ice instead of a hockey stop. As a
coach/player it is very frustrating because it turns the players back to the
play and prevents any followup. Especially when it comes to shooting on net.
If the goalie lets go a nice rebound, you can't get to it because your back
will be facing the goalie.

Other than that, I think it is great way to stay in shape.
Good luck!
